Raintalon Hunting, a grave mistake

Raintalon streaked across the NightClan border after a rabbit. The young warrior had completely forgotten about the border. Until she crashed into Darktail.

The NightClan warrior had needed something to do to get his situation with Cloudstar out of his head. Darktail decided to patrol. He was just finishing up when a rabbit pelting out of the bushes, followed by Raintalon. As the she-cat realized what she had done, Raintalon backed up in fear, but Darktail was already jumping on her.

The two cats rolled around, biting and clawing. Darktail got under Raintalon and battered her stomach with his hind paws. Raintalon yowled with pain and jumped off. She hissed and slashed her claws at Darktail's face, catching his ear. Darktail jumped on the she-cat's head, forcing her into the ground. The impact knocked Raintalon out immediately.

Darktail stared mercilessly at the defeated StreamClan warrior. He could kill her here, but thinking back to what had happened with Wildstar, Darktail thought better of it and picked Raintalon up by the scruff, dragging her to his camp.
